configs.py — this container’s controls per job, in the central configs database.

One table a group of jobs, under the container’s own schema (configs.data_updater_v2), one row a Dagster job: whether it runs and what its steps hand the DataClient. Read live by every step (jobs.base) and by the daemon before a schedule or sensor launches the job; edited by hand to steer the jobs. A job’s table is its class’s CONFIGS (the dbt workloads’: dbt).
